Hi All, Just a quick question before I really get going on this thread. I'm trying to get some defaults removed from my credit file, but I don't want to waste everyone's time if there is already a thread with information/templates I might be able to use. So if anyone knows if it exists (like the bank charges templates etc) then please can you tell me where to find it as I don't know where to start. Or shall I detail everything in this thread? Hi everyone, I've been reading the posts for a whille now, and two weeks ago i decided to get into action - well sent of the SAR, and recieved my statements about 2 weeks after that. just fnished calculating my charges, and trust me, there's a lot of them, and will send off the first request for repayment letter tomorrow. i hope everyone's claims are going ok, and i'm gonna try and recruit some friends to join in!!! if my claim goes well then there's gonna be a whole bunch of people doing the same. good luck to everyone, and i'll keep you all updated.
