I have read loads of the comments (threads ?) about bank charges which gave me the courage to write to my bank,Lloyds TSB. I have just had a standard reply from them telling me they cannot agree to cancel my charges. Using the templates on this site I have now written a Letter Before Action. Judging by what other Lloyds customers have said on this site I think I have a long way to go yet!!!!!
I will try not to lose my nerve.
