  2. OK sent the initial letter asking for the money back on 26th April 06. This gave them 14 days until 10th May for them to respond before i sent the next letter giving them 14 days before legal action. Receied a reply dated 3rd May saying: Retail Banking Customer Relations Leicester LE87 2BB Telephone 08457 555 555 We are sorry you have had to contactus about the level of service you have received from Barclays.   3. OK so far........ Sent the standard DPA letter on 27th March asking for all transactions since 01/01/2000. Letter was sent recorded delivery to: Customer Relations Barclays Bank PLC 1 Churchill Place FREEPOST LON13542 London E14 5HP Wrote this before the recommendation on here about sending £10 so never mentioned it. Received my statements today with no mention of any costs for the information. The statements were sent from: Barclays Bank PLC Customers Services Personal Banking Leicester LE87 2BB Just calculated they owe me £1045 in charges pl
