Hello all I'm a new member and have spent the last 2 hours with my head in my hands totalling up the bank charges Lloyds have charged me over the last four years. After reading as much of the information on this site as i possibly could in this time- I am now brimming with confidence about trying to tackle the nasty giants and get some / all of the money back. I was beginning to think it was just me that was getting these massive charges - Its good to know i am not alone - and there is help out there
