James Mclouglin (sp) made contact with me last week to discuss my case, anyway I didn’t have time to talk to him when he rang last Thursday but rang him back first thing on Friday morning. He advised me that whilst they didn’t contest the amount of the charges I was claiming and even hinted that they would be happy to settle. BUT it seems I may of made a bit of a boo boo, I have failed to indicate on some paperwork that I would be claiming the 8% interest (cant remember the paperwork he referred too). Hi Guys, My court date is on 15th September and so far haven't heard anything from Mr J, Barclays or their solisitors. Could I be the 1st (I think) to actually get my day in court, not that I'm worried as I've done all my research Do people think I should expect a call soon? Cheers

***update*** Have been given a date of 17th Sept for my hearing. All evidance had to be submitted to the courts and all other parties by the 14th August which I did. However I have recivied nothing from Barclays. Has anyone ever recivied Barclays' evidance? thanks Jinx

no, just putting together everything I need. so far I have the oft document (want to highlight relvant area's), all corisponance between me and Barcalys, list of charges. anything else? -

If one is offered an out of court settlement BUT with a confidentiality agreement can one ask for additional monies to be 'kept quite'? thanks

definatly give the court a ring i waited over a month for a date, in the end had to chase the court up, turns out my file was 'misplaced'. cheers -

***update** I rang the courts today and my claim had been filed by mistake. Give them their due they apoligies and within an hour I had a court date and time. lets see what happens now. thanks guys.
