  1. Hi *** Just about to collate information to send but where do I send my claim to local branch of head office? I have been a customer with Barclays over the past year and know I have been treated unfairly. I know I can claim unfair charges back, but my concern is with the way they have treated me regarding my od facility. My initial approach as I needed to give myself leeway for purchased as my business took off far quicker than I anticipated. I asked for an o/d facility they only allowed me a temporary o/d.   3. Hi All Advice please, I've been in business c. 1 year and in the process of claiming charges back from Barclays. Have already changed Bank. Can anyone advise me if it is normal if it is normal practice for banks to keep one on a short overdraft facility and keep hitting you with renewal fees every couple of months? I could not even negotiate a longer facility. They then piled interest charges on top. Can these charges be recouped? If anyone can advise it would be very much appreciated Rockman
  4. New to all this, don’t know how much background to put here but here goes. I need to reclaim my bank charges. I have been in business for over 1 year now banking with Barclays, and have been plagued by charges and their ‘business practice’ from the outset. After arranging an overdraft facility with the bank they have withdrawn this facility every two months, resulting in a deluge of charges @ £35 each, informing me I am overdrawn c. £350.00 worth every two months. I cannot contact or talk to my business manager until the very last day before renewal is due then he is very unhelp
