Thank you for all you replies & help, I will contact the court not sure what one, i'll have to check. Also is it worth emailing them again, stating that the car has nothing to do with my husband & that it is registered in my name? If I can tomorrow I will scan the letter & put a copy on here, obviously blocking out names.

The last letter said that they attended in the company of carriers to remove assets. This isn't true it was one man on his own. It says forced entry can be used, & that it was imperitive to contact the bailiff in order to make a payment. Or that my husband can make an installment arrangement in writing to them, to which this service would incur a fee £50, also if payment was made by cheque this would incur a fee of £11.50. I have emailed the company 5 times now to set up an installment plan, they have not replied to any emails. Also with the last letter was a walking possesions Agreement, listing my car, which is in my name only, not my husbands. My husband has never signed anything.

Thank you, I have put a new thread in that section.

Hello, I hope I might be able to get some advice? My husband has had a letter from a company calling themselves HCE, which is bailiffs called High Court Enforcement. It is regarding a vets bill, which initially we contested with the vets, then heard no more untill they had a claim against us. Anyway these bailiffs have left 2 letter, stating that the removal of assets will take place with or without our presence at the property. The last letter my husband received, included a walking possession agreement with it, listing my car + keys & log book. I'd like to say that the car is soley mine and in my name & nothing to do with my husband at all. Also no one has signed any aggreement. I have emailed the company 5 times requesting an installment plan, as this is stated on their letter. I haven't had a single response. I emailed them as through experience of using this site it is advisable rather than call. Can anyone advise as to what to do next. Thank you

No unfortunately we didn't defend the claim. So it was by default.

Hi I wonder if someone could give some advice please? I have a friend at work who is currently on a temp contract, she has been asked to re-apply for the post she is doing, filling in an application form again and having an interview with 6 others who have also applied for the post. She wasn't informed in writing that this would be the case, only verbally that she needed to fill in an application form. Does this sound right? Thank you

Ok, I will san the document thanks

ok thanks, I must say the paper does look dodgy, & the dates wrong, but I do need to get this cleared up. So I don't get in touch with northampton county court, because that seems to be where all the judgements come from? I go to our local county court, is that right. They are saying we owe 1200.

How do I go about doing all of the above, paying the warrant of execution? thank you
