Hi Good news - I threatened to take Smile to court - using the standard letters on this forum claiming £1600 in charges dating back 3 years (as far as my statements would allow) after several phone calls to their complaints department chasing them up after the 28 days (14+14) they have just credited my account for charges dating back 5 years £3260 - I couldnt be happier
