Having been told about this I couldn't quite believe it was true, I thought I was the only poor s*d being charged the earth and then told to poke off when I queried how a machine produced letter issued because a parameter had been exceeded could cost £25-30. The more the merrier, lets get our money back, none of us could afford it or it wouldn't have happened in the first place.
