Hi Guys I am ready to start claiming my charges back from IF after finally setting up a different bank account. I have a few questions about some of the confusing aspects of IF. I had an account with a current account (still active), a loan and a credit card. I received charges on all of these over the years. Can I just put my plan number on the SAR and expect to receive lists of charges for all 3 accounts? Secondly, I'm a bit confused as to where I should send the SAR. It seems that some people are sending it to the Edinburgh Office and some to the Halifax. Which one should I send it to? Thanks in advance for your help.
