sent halifax request for all statements from 1995 to present via fax to customer services on the 12/03/06. envelope arrived today dated the 20/03/06 the letter says "further to your recent request,please find enclosed a copy of all charges incurred on your account" with great excitement i started to look at the figures only to discover that they are only for 1995 to 1997. 9 years missing. i contacted halifax this evening and told them and a lady called sarah has e-mailes stephanie mcvean telling her i require the missing 9 years. is this a typical ploy by them knowing what is cming? looking forward to more progress and will keep you all informed. fantastic web site by the way
