Hi, I can understand you being scared for them,what are the Police saying,I take it you have informed them of this,it could just be someone trying to scare him. Going by what you have said his statement,can't be the one they are relying on to convict the guy. I would talk to the Police about this.

Hi and welcome, I felt the same when I first joined,so much information:eek: I would suggest you send a SAR to see if there was charges added to the account,which you could reclaim.

Just like an old neighbour of mine she was always telling me how kids should behave,she had never had any,mind you saying that she would come through everyday (I think she was lonely) and she got on well with the kids she would tell them stories about when she was their age.

Hi MattB 2007, Have you got a list of all the charges they have added to the account? You could send a SAR they have 40 days to supply the information send recorded delivery with the £10 fee The advice is to carry on with the claims.

Sorry I am being really thick tonight (no change there then) so they can't actually take it to court without the signed agreement,but they can chase for payment? Does she owe them a lot? Is there any charges on the account?
