Hi everyone, This is my first message as I am new to this forum. I want to claim charges from Halifax over the past six years, in my estimation approximately £800+. The problem I have is that I got so fed up with the service from this bank, that I closed my account six months ago and switched to another bank. Can I still ask for the last six year's worth of statements and attempt to make a claim? I would be extremely grateful if anyone could provide me with an answer to this question. Longbow.
