Hi, I appear to have worded my online claim very poorly as I haven't gone into enough detail in the particulars. i have now received the defense from Cobbetts the tells me they are embarrassed by the lack of particularity etc etc and gives me 14 days to remedy. I have copied DNA's Amended Particulars of Claim and am going to send this to Cobbetts. I understand I should also send this to the court. My original case was claimed on line and I was allocatted Northamton County Court but now the case will be transferred to an appropriate court for continuation so where should I send the amended particulars and am I right to send all this info to Cobbetts? Please help
