  2. Hi A friend of mine rents part of a car park upon which stands a small cafe, purely seasonal. The building is owned by him, not the landlord, therefore he is only liable for ground rent. However the Lease he has refers to the building throughout as it the Landlord is the owner, and what the Lessee can and cannot do in the premises .   13. Hi, that is a very good point, but am not sure if they will still have the packaging,,, will need to check. In the meantime, does anyone else have experience of this 3 days to check what was a very large parcel on a pallet,,,, and not an easy task for an elderly lady to open up and check on her own,,,
