  1. mortgage in joint names 18 year old daughter at home going to college
  2. i will be using nottingham law centre ,they work at the court and i saw them when i submitted the n244 she has told me to bring income proof and income/expenditure sheet
  3. no it was 1 engage sent me i know that from the budget sheet i did with them the £100 extra i offered was affordable ,i will duplicate that or could you advise where the i is off the site as i want it to be right
  4. yes, i have already submitted 1 to engage, i was not sure regarding payments when filled in n244 but since have downloaded statement from bank which i will take to court along with payslips

  6. i kept a copy i explained my husbands mother had a stroke three weeks later his father had heart attack and the extra pressure supporting them ,hospital etc made us behind ,we always except 1 made the monthly payment but did not pay the extra £50 per month, we paid extra some months to compensate this we offered a lump sum payment of firstly £1000 and then £1500 plus addition monthly payment of £100 this was all refused, we have had 2 different arrears amounts and asked for engage to send us details how they have reached this amount,we have not recieved this they told us to check our yearly statements
  7. i have done the n244 and have a hearing on friday ,really worried what are my chances of keeping my home , we have paid all but 1 full payment in the last 12months and missed around 4 of the extra paymnets on top , we have not had a breakdown of how they come to the arrears figure which we ahve asked for. this in the last year accounts to about £550 yet they want £3041 stating this is from when first suspended order in 2006 they only brought this mortgage in september last year please advise asap
  8. please help our mortgage with future was sold to engage credit last year. at the time we had just stopped future from repossessing us by paying a lump sum as we had accrued some arrears on the court order, we have now been issued with an eviction notice for two weeks time , engage wanted bank statements wage slips etc ,which i supplied and made an additional monthly offer , they refused this so i offered a lump sum which they refused also ,we have been given 2 different arrears amounts which they say is from the date of the suspnded possession order we had in 2006, can they go that far back as they only took over our mortgage last september ? if i appy for a n244 what chance do we have of saving our home ? urgent advice needed asap please
  9. sorry dont have any of the agreements and sent the original insurances to the Fscs when they sent me the application form , i have found a statement on a secured loan to Ge money where we paid off our accounts to Welcome to the tune of £21,401.56 in October 2005!!!! and we are still paying deductions from wages yet all have different account number totally baffled!!!.Possible that should not be paying this !!! Is this offer seperate to the claim we have commenced with the fscs? as could really do with the money since getting involved with Welcome and GeMONEY help please
  10. to be honest i have not a clue,we renewed loans with them and i found a total of 7 policies however some only had medicare 24 on ?on the compensation calculation they sent me there are 2 accounts which state closed,the total ppi on 1 is £2,435.05 and on the second £3,152.40 less rebate of £1.904.13 then on 2nd account £2.558.10 perhaps this was renewed?dont understand this , then interest added of £291.88 and £343.74 can upload document if needed the total offer including interest is just over £2000. is this offer inconjuction with the fso?
  11. hi we were approached by the fso regarding mis-sold ppi stating that we may have a claim against welcome with a claim form to complete , we completed it sent it off with 7 insurance and medicare 24 policies to them and then recieved a complaint form from welcome to compete ? very confused !!! however we completed that too. we currently have direct payments from our wages to welcome for a defaulted loan,however today we have recieved a offer for 2 closed accounts from welcome !!giving us 10days to accept as full and final settlement and asking for bank details to send bacs payment to? please help extremeley confused
  12. yes sorry should have been £1205 they say i cant negotiate need all money by monday else they take car and sell at auction can they do this if we remove clamp they say we will be charged £250 fees listed as £911.68 arrears to authority £51.00 court costs £11.00 levy fee attendance £39 + £115 + £80 for clamp are they allowed to charge this ?
  13. woken by bailiff this morning with van to take goods, didn,t let him in it was 07.15am son signed walkin possession in january hes over 18 they refused my offer of £40 per month sent with the letter off this site and hugely already in debt but my husband who is currently out of the country and unobtainable (debt in his name) has a nice old gto which they said they could take and charge us for transportation, duplicate documents keys etc for and then sell at auction within 5 days if we didn,t pay by then plus storage costs explained not got £1000 bill has now go up to £12,005 they have now left clamped car saying it is now their possession until we pay the 1,2005 if we remove clamp we will be charged £250 left notice of distress for the gto i have not signed anything or my husband please advise urgent need advice
  14. hi nellie sadly missed programme on bailiffs but waiting to submit claim on line waiting for pay day though !!! i got a ridiculous letter from log book loans just a duplicate of previous letter stating their position that they think their charges are fair !!!!!!! (from the same paul foster) ha ha ha ,so cant wait to take them on:-? will keep you updated
  15. hi this is exactly what they did to me, when i rang to try and get charges reduced was basically told that they would then possess car as they said it would belong to them, i had ,had car clamped before.... charged £300 to remove plus outstanding amount only given till 12 noon to pay else car was going to be took away and charged for storage on top was worried sick so ended up paying charges of £512 please note also each week went by they added a further charge of £6 (interest i think )currently going to court to fight for charges back my advice hide car and fight"""use all the info in forum and get letters into them and commence proceding you already now how much in charges so you can start with the letter before action. good luck
