We have a similar problem with an 'optima leather sofa' the wooden framestarted to make loud creaking noises last years and was repaired, its now started again and this time both sofas are suffering, I am a little worried as the reparier said last time that they would need to take the sofa to workshop, Im worried of the damage they will do to remove as we had damage when they delivered. The sofa should not be poorly constructed and Im very disapointed with the quality. I have today sent an email to dfs and hard copy letter to head office. Our sofa is also on finance so I will call the CAB and see what rights we have with the finance company. I hope DFS resolve our complaint and so I will keep an open mind for now. Will update post when I hear back from them. Dean
