Hi, I had a Natwest VISA with PPI. I had some financial problems (basically a flat sale took longer than I thought) and ended up with a default notice. I paid the card in full two months later and dumped the card. It seems that PPI was of no use to me because at the time I was working. Is there a way of possibly getting the default removed? Or at best getting the £38 payments for this ultimately useless policy refunded? Regards

Hi, I've been charged £20 + £3.50 VAT by Fasthosts UK for a late payment. Can I demand this be refunded under current legislation, ie, the same as those applied to Banks and Credit Card charges? Regards

Got my response today. Doesn't take them long does it, such consideration!!!! The arrogance of the letter is staggering! Criticising the OFT and ending with an effective challenge to sue them!!! So be it, on with the LBA....

OK, Finally worked out how to use the Advanced Spreadsheet and am about to send off the initial request for refund. If in the mean time I get other charges, can I add these to the Schedule of Claims at the point where I take court action, ie, as an addendum? Regards

Hi all, I used to have a Debenhams' stored card but cleared and closed it about seven months ago. Can I still claim for the charges that were levelled on my account? If so, are the template letters provided in the Banking forum the ones to use or are there ones for this particular claim?? Best Regards

Hi, I used the spreadsheet to tot up the charges but I am usure how you work out the overdraft interest (as talked about in the prelim letter). Is there something on the statements or is it something I can calculate? Regards Probably being a bit daft. I take it the overdraft interest are those Charges after the interest amount at the end of the month?
