  1. Hi Tinkerbelle, Just sent you a PM. Didn't want to post it on here incase Halifax read it. Angelpie x
  2. Oh dear, I rejected the offer of half using the template suggested on the forums but I have received another letter telling me they are withdrawing their offer and will not be making another. I was expecting to hear from the solicitors or legal team but this came from customer complaints. Should I be concerned by this or not? They acknowledged my claim the day after I submitted it (6th October) and this letter was dated 19th October. What do you think?
  3. I filed my MCOL on the 5th October and I received an offer of less than half on the 12th october. I have posted the rejection letter from the templates library and am awaiting a further response.
  4. Right, to the people who are interested and care about my predicament: Good news! another surgeon from their company is willing to rectify this for me. I feel much better now even if some lonely old soul felt the need to come on her and belittle me. thanks to the ones that really matter and wrote sensible posts on my thread
  5. Ok Mr I can abuse people because I think I'm clever, FIRSTLY: If you read my halifax thread you would be aware of the stage I am at with them as I have kept it up to date. SECONDLY: I don't need people like you making nasty comments. Grow up and get a life. no one in this world is perfect and that INCLUDES you. What goes around comes around so be careful what you say about others. You may want to hurt my feelings and someday someone bigger and better than you will come along and hurt yours. Lets hope you are big enough to take it.
  6. It was a cash loan, I didn't want my bank manager knowing what I wanted the money for. I have my appointment in a few days and I am really nervous. I will post their response when I have had my appointment and let you all know if they are willing to rectify it without the need for legal action. (if I can take legal action that is).
  7. they will make even more money now so they are happy. They are unbelievable!
  8. Mr Singh! no it wasn't him, I would love to get them re-done by him though as he is one of the best apparently.
  9. I do feel much better now that I have talked about it. It was much easier telling "strangers" than telling my own friends. Thank you all so much for your support, I will let you know whether they are going to fix them or not. Thanks again Chlo x
  10. A bit of good news, I have had an appointment made for me to see another surgeon in a few weeks time, I have just checked him out on the GMC register and am happy to go along to see him. I just hope they sort it out without expecting me to pay again.
  11. It's not that surgeon, I would tell you who and where but I want to be careful what I say until they have had a chance to discuss it wth me. If they don't help then I will name them but I need to give them a chance to resolve it first.
  12. They took before and after photo's (instant poloroid photo) which they have in my file. Is there anyway i can get a copy of them as evidence (like under the SAR with a £10 payment). I'm just thinking that because the nurse said they looked a different size in my pre-op photo's then surely if she is right, i have a case.
  13. Thanks, I have written to them today and have asked them to arrange an appointment for an examination. I didn't phone because I would get too upset so I thought if I wrote to them they will get the full details of my complaint without having to listen to me sob. Cheers everyone
