hi all i recived a letter from barclays on fri with an offer for 1,330 was just wondering if i should except this?? my claim is 1,825 so it's only 500 hundard less. but they also said that they disagree with my view... so why would they offer me this if thats true and if it's Not then will they pay up the full amount??

hi all as ian rightly said i really did need to read the faqs and as a reault i'm now a little more clued up but there is one thing thats really scaring me and the the court bundle, is there anyone out there who could explain, in a little more depth how to cut and paste it to make sence for my case. as i'm not the most intelligent person it just baffles me lol. thanks would really appricte it.

hi electric you well, man the stress of all this is v bad for the old ticker lol. i posted my LBA yesterday and i'm now also crapping it. i'm unsure as to when i should start the court proccedings eek v scary, so if anyone could help would be great. it is a little reasuring to know were both in the same boat, so lets row forth and not let the b*&%*$ds grind us down:-) ;-) lol. i'll keep you posted if anything happens 13 days to go oh no..

hi electric you ok, just been readin through youe thread and omg £7,500 is a lot of money. mine mounts up to 1,825 thou i bet we have the same diffeculties reclaiming this. i now have my lba in front of me so will be posting it v shortly,. i will keep u posted on how my claim goes.. good luck with yours:)

The 14th day is today so should i send in the lba?? thats 14 working days so its more than passed.

hi i've posted my prelim letter to barclays and recived back a letter saying that they may need time to fully investigate my complait. there sayin they need somewhere betwwen 4 to 8 weeks should i just post the 3rd letter or wait tilll after the eight weeks??
