Right i put in for court and they entered the usual we intend to defend the claim.Time was up on the 23 of dec and i now need to put in for judgement.Two things really, do i pay anything extra and how do i go about this? all help appreciated .

I was thinking about having a go at getting my erc back.Firstly has anybody managed this?If so can anyone give me a few pointers on how to start and which letters to send.Thankyou:) :)

Oh and they had the cheek to cash the 10.00 cheque.

I think were all stuck in the same boat at the moment.

Will try to keep this short and to the point. 1) sent statement request and got no joy 2) sent seven day letter and got a responce saying your a/c was closed in 1999 so no statements. Now this is the point.I have the orignal a/c closed letter for the visa and it was closed on dec 13 2003 but they still say no statements available.Have spoke to them and sent numerous letters but know joy. In the seven day letter it states i have to apply for a judgement but ive never done this or need to.Could anyone explain exactly what i need to do now please. Thankyou.
