That was quick, thank you. I was late with 2 payments on seperate occasions but these were payed back promptly. I will read the t+c's carefully. I would like to know how much they charged me over the years anyway.

Hi, I have just joined the forum after seeing it at MSE. I ran up a lot of bank charges on a BOS student account. After some fraud on the account, they closed it and demanded repayment of the outstanding amount. They/I defaulted it and i am now paying backa set amount everymonth and i am much more financially sorted! However I took out a student mortgage with them and whilst I am extremely unhappy with the way they treated me and I want to claim the charges back, I am concerned about my mortgage. I dont have a good (but improving!) credit history and I dont think I could get a good deal by moving it. Has anyone heard of banks retaliating by closing mortgage accounts? Thanks!
