Citi refunded me part charges but it was me that asked them to take them back. I was insulted that they credited them to my account without me accepting them. I called and said I was making a claim for the full amount so remove the partial refund from my account and they did. Now they are saying in their defence that the figures are wrong as I have already had a partial refund. Angela

Hi, Last month Citi credited my account with the partial refund that everyone else seems to be getting (the difference between the £25 charges and the £12 charges). I called them up and said they shouldn't have just credited my account as I hadn't accepted the offer so they removed the payment. I have issued a claim for the full amount plus interest etc and have now received their defence. It states they have refunded part of the amount and therefore my amount I am requesting is wrong. I'm panicking now that I should have accepted the partial refund. I have also received the Allocation questionnaire and don't have a clue how to complete it. Please help? Angela :-?
