I gave HSBC the 14 days which ended on Friday. i only received a response to the SAR and have had nothing since.... where do i go from here im a little confused? Thanks x

I sent my LBA and the date is up on Friday.... ive had no response from the previous letter sent and wondered if this was common.... i sent them to the Canada Sq address?
