I cant believe it , theyve done it again they've cahrged me just over £100's in 1 week. Thyeve really over stepped the marked, also they sent me all the wrong statements. Could someone advise me how to apply on a hardship case??

so has anyone won a case since the test case and what are we waiting for exactly??

:-|Could anyone advise what to do next. In 2006 i recalimed around £1500 and last year i sent another prelim letter and my response was that until the Test case has been dealt with they are not going to be dealing with this matter any further but will keep the letter until the test case has happened. Anyhow my charges are going up and i dont really know if anyone has been successfull in thier claims. I have seen the new updated bank templates but im lacking confidence here! could someone please give me some advice

they made an offer to me of 800 i said no of course as they were 600 short so i think its just a waiting game from here

i posted back my AQ last week and i recieved thiers, im bricking it a bit as dont know what happens from here on , should i just sit tight:confused:

the letter they send saying that it is lacking particulars and thier client is embarressed is a load of **** its a scare tactic did it to me and i bricked it for days , copy and paste the particulars into a letter and send it again also send one to you court and tell them that you fell this is a stalling and scare tactic I DID:D . Does anyone know if NatWest close every account after every claim .

Well funy you should say that because when i sent more evidence back to cobbetts i also forwarded a copy of the letter to the court and a covering letter telling the courts that i felt that this was a stalling and scaring tactic.

but i didnt martin, this is what has thrown me cos i was waiting for the cpr18 and i got a letter saying that they are embarressed by the lack of poc , i am now waiting for my AQ .cant wait to get this over with im bricking it .....

no its not that , it is asking me for more evidence as the particulars of claim fail to disclose reasonable grounds for bringing a claim against the defendant. in the particulars of claim do not disclose any legal recognisable claim against the defendant (i copied the particualrs from the library)???? one person told me this is one of cobbitts tactics ive still got time if ive done something wrong but ibelieve my particulars were fine considering they came from this site. This is thier defence!

yes it has come from natwest and i have not yet had my aq the court told me earlier they work on a five day back system thingy , behind morelike!!
