thanks for that, i will listen to it now. I have just gone back through internet banking statements and added the charges up, theres 274.00 on one account and 359.00 on another a total of 633.00 and i know we will have at least another 70.00 in charges on the 1st of March. Thats a lot of money we have 3 young children and that is enough for our summer holiday. I am so going to do this! Wish me luck and good luck to everyone else doing this. Kaz & Lee

Hi, husband and i have account at lloyds we have had for approx 2 years, in that time we have had - has to be- nearly 1k in charges taken from our account, we would like to have a go at this but are pretty scared to be honest, typical british family im afraid dont like to say boo! but - the money is legally ours - right?- i guess its just that banks seem so powerful. anyhoos, defo going to send the letter and see what happens another thing, we dont have a printer will they take us seriously if the letter is hand written - stupid question i know !
