  2. About a week ago, they sent me a nice letter, with a little complaints leaflet in it. Just says "Thanks for complaining, blah blah blah", if we haven't figured out what to do within 4 weeks, we'll send you a letter saying what we're doing about it". Should I hold on for four weeks, or go ahead and claim my money anyway?
  3. Well, just a followup - they totally ignored my first letter, so I'm now sending the letter before action. Let's hope they actually pay attention this time.
  4. Well, I sent my DPA letter off, and though it was nearly 30 days ago, they did send me all my statements, and my cheque back saying they didn't want it. Though I've had my account with them less than a year, so I guess they can't use the microfiche excuse on me. Now, two questions. First, what do I do now? I've completely lost that link that tells you what to do step by step, sorry. Secondly, after going through my statements with a fine-toothed comb and a pink highlighter, I've noticed Abbey have charged me £20 on two separate occasions just for asking for an (extremely small) overdraft and being denied. This seems pretty punitive to me, can I claim back these charges also, or not? Thanks, Tom
