That I obviously don't want to adhere to the terms and conditions of the account.

got full amount that I asked for on day that they recieved court papers.

Furios got letter today saying they are closing my aco****s in 30 days time. I have to pay back overdraft by this time. Cab they do this?? Recieved money back from them about 3 weeks ago for charges incurred

Sorry it was £80 court fees anyway today got all the money refunded into my account.

Claim for exceeding overdraft, bounced cheques the usual for past 6 years on 2 accounts £311 and £383.50 plus 8 % interest and 380 court fees

Filled out court claim for £890 yesterday fingers crossed.

Have sent the 2 letters and now the 14 days is up I was ready to file court papers today. However yesterday I got letter saying that they are investigating my complaint and have 8 weeks to investigate this. Do I still carry on and file court papers or I they allowed this 8 weeks (Ithink not but am not sure).

I have sent the preliminary letter got usual reply- please see you terms and conditions. I have sent second letter and emailed copy to Charles Bacon the 14 days is up next week. What do I do next? I assume I file court papers? How do I go about this? Is this where I add the 8% interest?

They said when I opened the account I signed to say I accept there terms and conditions. The charges are in there terms and conditions so can I still claim?
