  1. Hi Isaac Hock You've got the head office address which is fine (that's what I used). Re postal order, it's technically as good as cash, but whether Barclays will make an issue out of it I don't know (they will make an issue out of anything they can). That having been said, they returned my cheque and provided the statements free of charge, and have done the same for lots of others, so chances are they will probably return your postal order and provide statements foc. Good luck Jules
  2. I noticed from another post (sorry, can't remember who) that they had a problem when it came to sending in the bailifs as they had used the customers services address in Leicester which is a P.O. Box. For that reason, it may be better to use the Head Office address in London. Jules
  3. Hi all I've just used moneyclaim to file my claim against Barclays (I've spent hours reading the really useful guidance notes, FAQs etc in this site - thanks to everyone for their help and advice!). I now need to send Barclays another copy of the schedule of claim for charges (I said I'd send another one within the Moneyclaim doc). What should I put in the letter and should I include a copy of the moneyclaim document? Thanks for any help and advice you can offer. Jules
