Well I got the letter from my court saying they will be staying my case until early in the new year. Great news as I am now serving one months notice afetr being made redundant!

Would you recomend paying the 65 to attend? Im just not sure I would be any good in court!

Im getting incresingly worried now. I have still heard nothing officially from the court as to whether my case is being stayed. My problem is that I am to be made redundant on the 28th of this month and Im worried that financially I am going to struggle until I get a new job. Does anyone have any advice on what to do if my case is stayed?

Just phoned them and they are still waiting for the judge to clear the backlog, he is in tomorrow. I asked what the likel;y hood was of this case being carried on and she told be it would more than likely be stayed. another win for the banks!! This makes me sick as its been going on since February, well before this test case cae to light!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

Still not heard anything from My court. Should I ring them again???

Just phoned my local court up and they tell me they are waiting for further directions from the judge who is waiting for further directions from the high court! I though the local courts were making there own minds up??

Just got the letter from the bank yesterday saying they are applying for a stay of my case! Bugger

I have now recieved a General Form of Judgement or Order leter from my local court saying; IT IS ORDERED THAT 1. The claimant do file and serve further Particulars of the Particulars of claim stating:- (a) Thedate and amount of each charge debited to the account and the reason of such charges. (b) The reason why it is alleged that each such charge has been wrongly debited to the account by reference to the contract between the parties or the defendants terms and conditions of business. Do I send the spreadsheet of charges and the particulars of claim i input on monetclaim online to my court?

I have a file with all 5 copies I have sent them. Think I shall have to go to the Litigation office and write it on the chalk board!

Yes I filed the claim and then sent copies to the court and litigation team. I recieved a leter back from the court asking me to provide my case number which i had forgot to put on. I cant find my proof of delivery for the banks copies though so i probably cant get it struck out

that was point 1 and I have already sent SOC's to both court and litigation department. I will send them again as they obviously didnt get them. They went signed delivery though so I dont know what there playing at. Thanks for your advise.
