  1. I am claiming £1741 including interest and court fees. I completed and returned my AQ two weeks ago. This morning I recieved a £900 offer from Cobbetts. Does anyone know where I can find a template letter that declines this offer? Cheers Ed
  2. Hey all, After recieving Cobbett's defence and request for further information (CPR Part 18) on friday, i am about to do the following: Send Cobbetts a reply from the templates library saying that the CPR 18 is intimadatory; enclose schedule of charges. Send the court a copy of above. Is there anything else that I need to do at this stage?? Also how long will they draw this out for? Am expecting an AQ to come through the post at any time. Cheers Ed Godshaw
  3. Just one question... If my cliam was issued via moneyclaim on 28/09/2006 and acknowledged on 02/10/2006 when does the 28 day time limit start from? The issue date on the claim or the date of acknowledgment?? What do i do if i do not recieve anything by either date? Just to clarify. Thanks Ed Godshaw (getting nervous now!)
  4. Thanks for the help. Shall I send these forms straight away or wait for the bank to defend?? Cheers Ed P.S. I think pward33 has got the wrong end of the stick regarding my question!!
  5. Hey all Just submitted my moneyclaim form. Was wondering when/where i send my schedule of charges spreadsheet?? Surely the court will need this to assess my claim fully.... Cheers Ed Godshaw
  6. I sent my DPA request to 135 Bishopsgate in London, as this is the registered office on the Data Protection Register website. Does this matter or am I better off sending another to Borehamwood?
  7. Hey everyone, Just sent off my DPA letter (5/08/06) and I'm looking forward to finding out how much money I can finally reclaim!! Am new to the site but will give regular updates on my progress. The article on the front page of the Sunday Times yesterday will I hope attract more public attention to the cause, maybe forcing those thieves with their fat cat bonuses to do something right for a change. Cheers Ed Godshaw DPA Letter sent 5/08/06
