    i am in the process of taking my bank to court regarding charges equaling £5000, they offered me a goodwill gesture of £1240, i have declined this offer and the bank have stopped me lifting any money from my account without any notice:???: i have an overdraft of £1000 that i have ate £700 into, can this be done?? any advice would be welcome.
