My partner recently had a letter asking her to pay an outstanding debt of $475 dollars to paypal, this is a case of identity theft to which she has obtained a crime ref number and they are in the process they say of sorting this out. However my partner wants to know what has been purchased through this account, but they will not give her and details, is there anyway she can obtain this.

My mother and stepdad purchased this van on a park in Sheerness, Kent on 25th March 2006 They have since seen a new van on another site, and wish too sell this one. Right.......................... just got email from paypal and they have sided with the buyer, so they have give him his money back. so im about 500/600 down at the mo, as i also dont have a phone. I may have grief, im disputing it and faxing them again the relevant tracking information, as they cant have liased with the italian mail service, which the pricks needs to do. also gonna have to start a claim with royal mail, but does anyone know of any cases like this and what i should tell them once it starts getting out of hand. I just wanna hit someone now.

So effectivly, they have sold me a service that does not exist. When i was at the post office i asked if it was recorded signed for and i would get conformation. So i sent it. GGrrrrrrrrr, ill start the claim with her majestys mail.

I have just sold a phone for £270 to some guy in italy, sen the phone off recorded international signed for and insured. the guy says he has not recieved it, royal mail say they cant help me, paypal have taken his money, and i think im going mad. Any ideas?

If they F*^& up, they should pay up. I one went out with the family to pizza hut, and had the so called new guy (even tho id seen hime there loads of times before) muck the order up 7 times. we ate it, and then told the manager we were not paying the bill due to all the errors. He took a name and address and that was that. never heard nothing.

Before movng down to Kent, i used to get tickets every now and again living in London. Is there a way i can request all tickets for my car, check them and try and claim, as all of them were bull.

Hi all, im new here...... I too have debts from over the last few years which i have ignored, and just got myself into more as my newly started company went belly up when my business partner decided he changed his mind. I owe capital one, £2500 which has now been sold to a debt company......they did send me a letter saying they would give me 60% off, but i just dont have the cash as im living with my partner and looking for a new job right now. I also have a new debt arising with next for around £500 And may have an outstanding debt with a council in London, which i have heard nothing from. Where do i start
