Hi Guys, Bit of a newbie to all this but I have decided to try and reclaim my charges back after reading the stories on here. I have created my Preliminary approach for repayment letter ,but am a bit unsure as to what the SCHEDULE OF CHARGES means, as it says at the bottom to not forget to include this when sending the letter.
