You made me laugh, l got charges when they cashe dmy cheque to them. Keep going l didnt thinlk l would get anything but after filing a claim with the court they are paing in full plus interest and court costs. Has put a big smile on my face tonight,

Have just received a letter forom the Halifax after they refused to pay back costs and decided to persue the courts. They are payining full amount claimed plus interest and court costs! No closing of account or other threats.
