Trying to get a bit of advice for my step daughter, as with most teen tenants they can be a bit noisy at times and she had some justified complaints made against her, she has listened and turned things around and now has stopped the noise however the complaints keep on coming, the last one came today in writing stating on the 1st of December there was people urinating on cars in the communal car park and that she was verbally abusive towards another tenant, My step daughter was not at her flat all day having stayed over a friends the night before and I myself picked her up at around 5pm I had
  3. bit of a worrying thing this I migrated from tiscali to Pipex on the 10/05/06, after finaly getting my mac code after loosing all patance with the shoody service they provide. Now today I get a letter from tiscali saying I owe them money! and they are going to send the boys round (or words to that affect!) to collect it from me! 1, my account was payed up to date (infact my account was payed up to the 6th of june and my connection to them stoped on the 10th may) thats when I cancelled the direct debit as I had been warned they have a habbit of taking money they are not entitled

  5. Cheeky S,O,B's today they have charged me £60 for returning a standing order and a direct debit when my wages are due in tomorrow! have a good mind to get on the phone now and demand it back!

Hi all This is my first post here, I have started the ball rolling today by sending the data protection act request letter, I am expecting it to be a large sum of money as over the last couple of years I have got ineo a bit of a mess a few times (or naughty boy as they want to see it!) even at one stage endid up with the dreaded MANAGED loan they offer you when you personal loan goes t*ts up instead of getting defaulted (ouch the interest £120 a month for £9000!)
