Hi.... I've joined but unsure of everything...I want to claim from co-operative bank who consistently charge me £35 for returning direct debits, and as this comes out of my income support, the cash i have to support my family for the week is next to nothing... i don't have statement etc so can anyone help me with advice as to what should be my first step and what do i type in to get the help with the first letter i send to the bank?
