  1. 9/10/06 Had a couple of calls today from R.M.A whoever they are. Charming lady REFUSED to give me there address,said Iwould only communicate by letter. Was not to pleased.......anyway a surprise call from Abbey telling me a letter was on its way regarding my claim,have not had any data yet I assume its a goodwill gesture. Paul
  2. If any member has the addies/tele ect of these call centres it might save a lot of grief, I have looked but unable to find them. Paul
  3. Well Well Well After my abrupt call to cus/ser no more phone calls seems to have done the trick.....at least for the time being. I no of three call centres they use just wondered if they pass your details around! makes a mockery of all the data they have on you that supposed to private. Paul

  5. Thanks Shaz, Yes I have asked to be contacted by letter but they seem not to interested in my request, phoned cust/ser with another complaint today they said they will look into it......not holding my breath! Paul
  6. Help!! After 3 weeks of bombardment of phone calls from call centres just wondered if there is any way legally i can put a stop to them. I have explained on many occasions my problem but they still persist. Any advice would be welcome. ta
