Hi, I don't know if anyone else has found this, but i have a 12 month contract with Orange which I started in May through carphone warehouse at £30.00 - according to the original terms and conditions after 6 months you can reduce to a lower tariff. I called today to move to a £19.00 per month tariff, but was told you can now only move to the next tariff down! Checked new t&c's and low and behold as of 1st august the goalposts have been moved. Should I write to complain and see if i can get my own way? If so where would i write to? Thanks.

Hi everyone, can't wait to get the charges back from first direct and cahoot. One thing you may like to comment on - first direct's internet banking allows you to increase you overdraft (in multiples of £50 naturally) but you cannot reduce your overdraft without contacting them, is that completely irresponsible or what! love to hear your thoughts.:o
