  2. went through normal channels MCOL etc recieved court allocation question date set for 21st july but rec the settlement letter yesterday
  3. Llyods have agreed to settle my claim in full for £214.97 in total with the usual conditions attached (i'm not agreeing to the conditions.) However since I started the claim, they have added 2 x £30.00 charges to my account, do you think I could also ask for these when accepting their offer. I don't really want to start a new claim for £60. Any advice appreciated

  5. LLoyds have agreed to settle however with conditions attached. I'm definatley not signing the confidentiality agreement. 1. If I agree to the banks request that my account is reviewed what exactly does this entail has anyone been to one of these "reviews?" 2. Also my conditions state that I must maintain my account within the current limit, and any new limit agreed with the bank. Obviously going to try to do this but what happens if I can't can they penalise me in any way? 3. Payment will be in full and final settlement of this claim. Does this mean I cannot claim against L
  6. Received my letter this morning stating that the full amount will be credited to my bank with conditions attached. Thankyou to everyone who has helped along the way. I will be donating s soon as I have the money in my account. When returning the signed agreement can I just cross out the conditions e.g confidentiality or should I write them a letter?
  7. Have had a look in FAQ's but can't find anything. Any advice for what I should be including in section G - Any other information you consider will help the judge to manage or clarify the claim, including any other info you consider should be supplied by the other party? I'm sending my spreadsheet of the breakdown in charges. Also should I send a copy of the court allocation questionnaie to the bank? Any help appreciated.

  9. Money claim issued on 8th May 2006 - deemed served on the 13th May - The defenadant had until 27th of May to reply. Then received a notice that acknowledgment of service had been filed (received 15th May) It stated that defendant has 28days from the date of the claim to file a defence. LLoyds solicitor signed the paperwork on 12th May 2006. When can I file for judgment is it 28 days from original date, 28 days from when the acknowledgement of service was recived by me or 28 days from whent hey signed the acknowledgment of service???? Very Confused!

  14. Yes £10 sent for DPA info - template letter sent from library and this morning received bank statments from aug 01 - to present -checked account and £70 charge for repeat statements - is this correct?
  15. I have sent off DPA letter enclosing a cheque for £10.00 Lloyds have sent through repeat statements from Aug 2001 - present charging me £70.00 without infirming me. Is this correct/ has it happened to anyone elese and can I claim back the £70?
