I currently have a bank account at First Direct and have a claim going through against them, and i am concerned they may shut my account, can anyone recomend me a bank account that auto gives you an overdraft facilty?

Accounts were closed over a year ago and canot acess the online banking.

Data protection sent 19/6/06 - Not received yet due by 28th Aug 2006 Received letter 16/8/06 saying statements will be sent. Statements received claiming back £1290.50 in charges.
