Can anyone advise or help here? My sister was told last night on the telephone when she called up her credit card company to ask for the address to send a DPA letter to that she would only be allowed to claim back charges on her account since May 2006. Is this really the case, as I was under the impression that it was either 5 years (Scotland) and 6 years (England)? Cx
