  1. heya guys! It's been 4 days now since I sent the LBA, I have this niggling thought in the back of my head that I have miss calculated my charges. I think I have asked for more than what I am entitled to. Is this a major problem or could I get away with saying it was a typing error? or doesn't it matter? Any structural help much appreciated. Thnx Ackers17.
  2. Hey guys! I have, this morning recieved a letter from barclays stating that when an account is opened all of the banks, and customer terms and conditions are explained. So therefore they have said, "In view of my comments I am unwilling to refund charges you have incurred as requested". Yesterday I posted the LBA. Is this the correct thing to do? Or am I just chasing pipe dreams??? All advise welcome. Thank you. Ackers17
  3. hey all again! after sending 1st letter to barclays they replied within seven days. they stated that they are looking into my complaint and will get back to me within 4 weeks, but no later than the 30th August 2006. It is now the 28th August 2006, and I have not heard anything as yet. They still do have 2 days left, however if they don't reply within this time what shall I do? Shall I call them via telephone? Shall I send a further steps letter? ??? any help very much appreciated! THNX ACKERS17
