  1. I thought as not but have got to be sure as don't want to put myself in more poop with my finances. I won't be making a huge claim but better in my pocket. I've scoured my credit card and loan paperwok but couldnt pin anything down. I'm up to date with loans n stuff but struggling and overdraft is huge for me and husband as I can't work due to disability. Any other info would be great anybody out there?? think I'll get my statements anyway and then I'm prepared if I'm sure of a go ahead! thanks guys Tracy
  2. Hiya I've been lurking for a while off and on but although I've gotten back charges for members of my family I've not done my own (Halifax & Natwest) yet as I'm worried about them being able to demand loans or credit card debt back!! I know they can close your account and am prepared for this, as well as them demanding their £3500 overdraft back (any ideas on how they deal with that would be helpful too) but the other debts worry me against going ahead Any advice would be fantastic Tracy
