I have a directions hearing on friday and I can't attend I phoned the court and informed them and they have told me to send a letter to the court stating the particulars of my claim and anything else that the judge may need to know to enable my claim to procede. I am at a loss as to what to put in the letter. Has anybody else had any experience of such a hearing? I would be really grateful for any suggestions as to what to put in the letter. My claim with interest etc is £3,500. Please Help!

hi........ ive just been to halfords to pick my 9year old sons moutain-bike up which was put in to be fixed 5weeks ago for new gears and back break.i was told at the time it would take no longer than 3days.ive been in 6 times just to be told that they have 2 staff of sick and they will do it asap.when ive gone this time its in bits and they are telling me that they cant put the surspention back on as its the wrong one!!! well i bought it like that off halfords 9 months ago and no-ones changed anything on it....the young lad who was dealing with me bragged hed worked there 8 years and its defo the wrong spring on the suspention ... it wasnt even there for the suspention in the 1st place and there wasnt a problem with the suspention before it went in.anyway told him to get the manager and when he come he said that they would put the old one back on!!!!lol.. well i told them in no uncertain terms they have 1 week to get the right part and to fix the rest of it aswell........ any thoughts on this anyone? the summer holidays are nearly over and my lad hasnt been able to ride his moutain-bike once this summer(he has a bmx but didnt tell them that) thanks alot to anyone with any thoughts

hi........ it seems to take longer when waiting for cheque,i filled my clain online on the 18th july and im still waiting for my money but they only have til the 22rd to pay me.so be patient(ive been pulling my hair out)just keep with it and u wil get ya money...
