Any advice please just got my statements back from abbey after a 3 month wait and numerous telephone calls to them,i have noticed several payments taken from my account for £60 and £15 and they are showing on the account as regular payments.Has anyone seen these before and are they charges?Any advice would by appreciecated.Thanks

Does anyone know the address for etams plc.i had a store card with themapprox 5 years ago which i am sure had a few charges applied to it,but i am having difficulty finding thier address.Any help would be greatly appreiacted. thanks

Hi all counted up charges owed to my wife on her account and it comes to 1664.the first charge on her account was jan 2000 and the last was jan 2006 .When calculating the interest do i calculate it at 8 per cent from 2000? Any help would be greatly appreiaceted

hi all I have had recent success with ulster bank i have received a total of 3000 from them,my advice to anyone claiming from ulster bank is be persistant and you will get paid out.Also listen to advice from site helpers on this board,it is invaulable.Good luck to all.

bmt i recently got paid out 2000 from ulster bank.They wont pay out until you take them to small claims court.Once you do that it takes approx 3 weeks to receive your money.Stick at it you will get your money.

Help please does anyone know the full address for studio the only thing they have on their statements is studio pro 2bp.i am making a claim against them in the northern ireland small claims court online but i cannot complete the claim without a full address ie street number,any help would be greatly appreaiceated.thanks

closey havnt got letter with me but says that they are willing to offer me the full amount as long as i do not tell a third party about it and also that the offer is not an acceptance of liability on their behalf. is also says that the payment is a full and final settlement of all claims i have against the ulster bank in respect of bank charges.any advice would be greatly apprecieated. -
hi stevie i recieved a letter from ulster bank yesterday telling me that they would not be refunding any charges applied to my account.i initially contacted them in june and they sent me out 6 years statements which when totalled up consited of 5800 pounds of charges.any advice on what way i go about taking legal proceeding against them?

Advice please anyone got a letter from the ulster bank belfast yesterday telling me that the charges i am claiming for were not unlawaful and that the charges applied to my account were fair reasonable and transparent.the total amount of charges applied were 5.800 pounds.i went to the government claims website but it is not available for northern ireland.anybody got any adivice on what to do next

need some help please first time poster.i applied from my bank on the 1st of june to send me a list of all charges.they sent me statements for the previous 6 years which i went through and found i had a total of 5k in charges applied to my account.i wrote and told the bank that these charges were unlawaful and said i wanted them refunded,since then i have received 2 letters from them saying that they are still investigating my complaint.any advice on what i should do now i get the feeling that they are simply fobbing me off.any advice would be greatly apprecieated.
