hello fuzzbutt, how about confirming the letter and explain that you looking forward to meting them on the court date as a good will gesture? YES get angry now but be calm at court or it will just be a waste of your energy and all this time and all the judge will see just someone moaning and whining and not someone who is collected in their thoughts and justified in his actions. PREPARE PREPARE AND PREPARE all your information to hand collect and file documents so you can't waste your time the judges time if asked a question during your day in court. Think about it Oh yeah and breath!! Happy New Year...

Just spoken with FOS and they have stated that the last contact I had with them was October last year. So not sure whats going to happen now my head in a bit spin

thanks for you e-mail...I look to contact my adjudicator this week. Will keep CAG posted...I paid up the full amount, so it would be good to sort this out.

Well I went to FOS last year and they declined my application. So not sure what I can do. Is it possible that I can appeal that decsion?

Hey Fuzzbutt... You've got this far and well done for being patient!! Its good to know that you have stuck it out for as long as you have. Your making a point (what ever the outcome maybe). Many people I'm sure reading your updates (as I have) keeping us all informed and directing us on what possibly path we could use etc,. Just remember have a calm mind your day in court will come.

pop your self onto the other thread thats running search under advent training and you'll find us all their. Contact Citizen advice bureau and contact the FOS for help too, but get yourself onto the other thread.....

I just like to say its now Monday 12th I was suppose to get a letter from BPF but nothing still. I contact by phone and then by letter to FOS to see what happens now. I got a letter from computeach stating that I should log onto their training (not happy) with the fact they have my details with out my saying thats fine grrrr or not. I then get an e-mail saying that I should log on.. well hello not heard of phising!!! i don't go opening e-mail accounts because a random e-mail comes to inbox grrrrrr not happy with the customer service. I was not informed if I was happy that my details were passed to another organisation by letter or any other means. Possible breach of data protection some where. I cannot read any where in my contract that another firm would agree to share my details. Only that it was another barclay division.

I was expecting a letter to explain about my complaint it hasn't arrived yet I wondr if it may be in the post.. has anybody else been told to expect this type of letter?

However BPF have sent me a letter stating that raised concerns in an earlier letter I sent to them are being investigated and to expect a response on the 9th April detailed repsonse and if I wish to contact their customer realtions. they suggested that I contacted the FLA, but they cannot help as I have logged a complaint with FOS..hehhehehehehehehe what do I do now? however the girl at FLA was polite listened..I guess thats all she can do and stated that once I am being dealt by one organisation they don't tend to help fingers in pies I guess hehehehehe.

ive just been sent my letter asking to log on to computeach web site. I'm not happy to do so until I read a contract first!!! My head spinning..I have put in a complaint with FOS. Its been nearly two month my compalint when in in early to mid feb... I have paid out so that i didn't get hit with large interest rate and so I am not in breach of my side of the contract. I am happy to walk away from the contract but so they can compensate me with what I am right fully owed.. can I also be counted on the CAG for this too?

My head is spinning who is doing what and when.. I think I speak to my local CAB and see if they can help.... I have a complaint and I need to see the new contract with computeach before anything not just agree with like that. What have BPF agreed on my behalf. I have my consumer rights they haven't discussed anything with me in any way. I not very happy with all this.

Hi Just thought I would say hello as this the first time i have entered the site...proper. I have one question how do work out how much a bank owes me in charges? They have sent me my six years worth of bank statements but I do not know what is owed to me? I know this may sound easy for some... I got stung a few months back for being overdrawn bu days of £240 . I currently bank with HSBC... Thanks for any kind advice
