hiya im back sorry to have gon quiet for a while all sorts of personal probs going on here but im back on track now gonna have to redo my spreads though as computer wipeout amoungst other things never mind eh once thats done then getr court papers filled in think there fairly straight forward i think will let you know if any probs with it cause not gonna let them get away with it even though they think ive forgotten i aint!!xxKia

yep read the faqs there invaluable in helping you get it straight in your head

still no communication from sky whatsoever mind you didnt expect them to say yes heres all your money they where underhanded enough in the first place to take it so.Still ont know whether to send a sar or not maybe wait a little bit longer dont think there times up yet.Ironically enough just sent letter off to sky and then decieded to switch to telewest who charge for invoices as well so theyll have to be told a well but im still going after sky for all them charges cause its my moneyxxKia

them jokers at abbey have only added another charge for this month more money for the pot cause i presume i can add it on to the others karny

had kinda come to that conclusion myself caro will carry on with claiming back six years as had already started with that amount and when got that back then try for rest as ill have to estiamte it as ive no statements at all and id really have to start again from scratch to go for the other six years but dont worry they wont get away with the other six years ill go for them next no fearxxKia
