  3. I have to agree NatWest have hidden Procedures, If you have been unfortunate to have a Standing Order (SO) or Direct Debit (DD) Bounce / refused, it will NOT show up on your statement, (there is no positive - negative, remark regarding payments on the statement). However YOU will be charged for it.
  4. How would this work if you have a closed account, and no longer bank with them?? is there a template letter to send to a bank?
  5. Why does Natwest debit items due on Monday on a Saturday? This leaves vulnerable people without cash over the weekend.
  6. Has anyone else noticed that Natwest invoke charges for OD fees / Guaranteed payment... etc If u check the dates that the so called 'Offences were committed' they don't appear on ur statement? I've noticed that Natwest will Bounce a DD / SO and it won't show on ur statement, but they'll still charge u. If they bounce a DD / SO then it should show as an out then back in transaction, on ur statement???? But not with Natwest. Questions??
  7. Egg terminated my account also whilst not in default, then later defaulted me and RAISED my credit limit on a terminated account?? Opps think they made another BOO BOO there. JC
  8. Hi Toymaker, Is there any further developments with this?

  10. Why is he only guaranteed 2-3 days work per week? He is entitled to hold a full time job just the same as anyone else. His employer would be financially compensated should he need to be deployed. Most employers welcome reservists as they have discpline and are well trained. I would get him to ask his employers for full time employment or as poppynurse stated maybe he will consider a full time career in the Army. Personally I have worked with many reservists when I served with the Army and they are no different and are treated equally with their regular counterparts. I feel his employer is being unfair and isn't up with the information available and may be opening themselves up for discrimination. Look at the Army website => British Army Structure => Territorial Army for further information. Regards JC Regards
  11. Everything has been kept in a safe place awaiting their next response, which should be somewhere around Tues / Weds before I decide what to do about them. I have several choices but will wait and see now. Oh and they want me to repay what i owe under the same agreement? don't think so.
  12. Will let you know when I have an answer
