Hi My 1st time in this forum. I have been a member for long time but not had a chance to write a thread. I have taken a loan in 2004 for £50,000 with a PPI they have added £6000 to the the loan and it was £56,000. I have settled the loan in full in January 2007. Can I claim my PPi £6000 from the lender now. PPI was taken with the loan December 2004. Can someone enlighten me on this pl.

Laiste: your information was very helpful. I also receievd a court claim. I have writen to courts explaining that I have requested copy of CCA and a copy of deed of assignment therefor I need more time to file my defence.I have not heard from the HFO or their solicitors Can I ask the court to reject the claim since HFO or their solicitor not sent me the details I requested. Pl.Pl. Can someone help me.
